This country house is located in the immediate outskirts of the city of Fasano, in a landscape surrounded by the green of olive trees and fruit trees, in a quiet and relaxing place. Nearby: a large hypermarket, communal swimming pool, gym, wellness center, shops for shopping, bars, cinema. It is an ideal place for a family holiday to enjoy the pleasures that Puglia has to offer, both in the landscapes and in the uncontaminated scenery, both in folklore and in good food. The house is located in its own garden with a large courtyard, has 1 double bedroom upstairs, 1 sofa bed, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms for a maximum 3-person availability. The dining / living room has a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, pots, crockery and everything necessary for cleaning. In the living / dining room you will find a comfortable bed area bordered by a sliding curtain for easy privacy with a sofa bed with adequate seating for a family, TV, buffet, table with four chairs. From the living / dining room you can access the attached bathroom with shower. Upstairs, reached by a characteristic staircase, you will find a comfortable double bedroom with a writing corner, closet / closet, attached private bathroom. The room overlooks a large terrace where you can enjoy a wide view of the surrounding countryside and hills. The house is surrounded by a large outdoor area and is equipped with convenient parking. From the courtyard you can access the grounds of the neighbors, so you must watch over the children so that they do not disturb the neighborhood and do not incur risks due to lack of surveillance. Beaches, golf courses, zoosafari and other attractions can be reached within a few minutes by car. This is a perfect place for a relaxing stay! The peace and tranquility of the place is a source of inspiration and perfect for visiting the city of Fasano and also many nearby cities. Excursions around: A main railway line from the nearby station connects the major cities of the coast. Public transport in the area is limited and it is therefore recommended to bring a car to make sure you explore the area and get the most out of your Puglia.
